DELIVERY AND RETURN
DELIVER INFORMATION

National delivery in the Netherlands:
Orders will be dispatched within 2 -3 working days, with estimated delivery times between 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Cost 7 Euros. Free shipping for orders over 100 Euro's.

International delivery within the EU
Orders will be dispatched within 2 -3 working days, with estimated delivery times between 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch. Cost 12 Euro's - Free shipping for orders over 150 Euro's.

International delivery outside the EU
Orders will be dispatched within 2 -3 working days, with estimated delivery times between 10-12 working days from the date of dispatch. Cost 17 Euro's - Free shipping for orders over 175 euro’s.

All international orders are processed via DHL or UPS and all orders are tracked.

* Please note that delivery times are dependent on the stock availability of your item. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope or box in case of multiple items ordered.
Jewellery is packaged in an White Rabbit Gallery jewellery box, which is packaged in a protective external box.

VAT
All orders are inclusive of VAT (20%).

*Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are really not happy with your purchase you can return or exchange it within 7 days. We will send you a full refund excluding the shipping cost. Or send you a new item. Please contact info@whiterabbitgallery.eu so we can help you.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by DHL or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as a tracking number for your package.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

We are 100% dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality for both our products and your customer experience. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions at any time. We love our products and want to make sure you love them too.
Please read the caretaking instructions on our site carefully. If you take good care, your jewellery will last a lifetime. However in case you have an accident or your jewellery gets damaged in whatever way, please reach out to us so we can see if and how we can assist you. Depending on the type of damage and repair needed there are additional costs involved.
